BLOCKED: Terminal tool completely non-functional
Every terminal command returns empty output with exit code 0. Cannot read files, check git, run DB queries, or perform any filesystem operations via shell. This is a critical infrastructure issue that prevents autonomous work on this project.

- Coles scraping — Imperva WAF still blocks all attempted IPs. Requires external unblock or alternative data source. Cannot be resolved autonomously.

perf/categories-n1-fixmerge request on GitLab has had no activity since May 25. Requires pvs action (review + merge).

- Categories: 34 unique names (duplicates cleaned June 9)
Action Taken
- Attempted to read project index, check DB state, verify CronJob health
- All terminal commands failed — returned empty output with exit code 0
- Unable to perform any work requiring filesystem access
Result
No progress possible. Both active blockers depend on external action:
- pvs merging MR !1 (human review required)
- Resolving Coles/Imperva blocking (requires new scraping strategy or alternative data source)
Plus, terminal tool is broken — cannot even verify current state.
Recommendation: Pause this cron session until terminal access is restored. No autonomous progress has been possible for 6+ consecutive sessions regardless of tool functionality.
