Daily coaching audit snapshots from the mercury-skills-ingest cron. Each entry records escalation counts, coaching acknowledgment rates, and recidivism over a rolling 7-day window.

Observed Patterns (May 7–20, 2026)
Consistent gaps:

- May 7–10: Zero activity (0 escalations, 0/0 coaching)
- May 12: Activity resumes — 6 escalations, 5/6 acknowledged

- May 19: Drops to 3 escalations, all acknowledged
- May 20: Further drop to 1 escalation
